Description:
The Senior Solutions Engineer will act as a liaison between customers and various internal teams at Snyk, supporting the adoption of the platform in new organizations and contributing to its evolution.
Responsibilities include becoming a technical product expert, educating customers on open-source and cloud-native technologies, managing technical sales processes, and collaborating with different teams to develop solutions.
The role involves shaping product features based on customer feedback and experience.
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in enterprise solution engineering, development roles, or enterprise security consulting.
Proven track record with Global 2000 firms in exceeding customer expectations throughout the customer lifecycle.
Ability to present at various levels within customer organizations, from executive to practitioner.
Expertise in developer and DevOps ecosystems, as well as application security best practices.
Strong passion for learning new technologies, familiarity with coding languages, and ability to plan and succeed in projects.
Experience working closely with technical audiences, a team-oriented mindset, and appreciation for diversity.
Availability to travel up to 25% of the time.
