Description:
- The Senior Solutions Engineer will act as a technical product expert, evangelist, and coach, delivering technical sales experiences to customers and partners.
- Responsibilities include educating customers and partners on open-source and cloud-native technologies, demonstrating product expertise, and sharing best practices.
- The role involves managing technical proof of concepts, interfacing with various teams, and shaping decisions on new features based on customer feedback.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in enterprise solution engineering, development roles, or enterprise security consulting.
- Proven track record with Global 2000 firms in managing and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to present at executive to practitioner level and deep knowledge of developer and DevOps ecosystems.
- Passion for learning new technologies, familiarity with coding languages, and ability to plan and succeed in projects.
- Experience working closely with technical audiences, team-oriented mindset, and appreciation for diversity.
- Availability to travel up to 25% of the time.
