Requirements:

• Must be passionate about solving customer problems and have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Previous software development experience in Front End (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) and Back-End (Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C) is required.
• Familiarity with data formats, data transformation, and excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.
• Superior organizational skills, ability to work with multiple customers, switch contexts quickly, and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience in a high-growth environment, handling $150-300M+ ARR range, and adapting to change is preferred.
