Requirements:

• Must be a fluent French speaker.
• Requires at least 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role in CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom space.
• Solid understanding of voice protocols, SIP implementations, messaging APIs, and the sales cycle.
• Creativity, engaging storytelling, and the ability to ask the right questions to understand customer needs.
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms and experience writing code in various areas.
• Desired qualifications include hands-on experience with backend development, familiarity with mobile development, and previous experience in technical roles related to Telecommunications, SIP, WebRTC, or Contact Centre.
