The Senior Solutions Engineer will be part of the Solutions Consulting team in EMEA, focusing on strengthening partnerships with key industry players such as System Integrators, VARs, ISVs, and CSPs.
The role involves acting as the technical authority on BigID’s platform, providing support to alliance and channel teams, and engaging in partner and sales activities.
Responsibilities include collaborating with partners to develop unique solutions, leading enablement sessions, maintaining demo environments, and assisting partners with deploying BigID solutions.
The position requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of enterprise data architecture, and experience in a solutions consulting or pre-sales engineering role.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Proven experience in a solutions consulting or pre-sales engineering role, particularly in supporting global alliances or partnerships, is required.
A deep understanding of enterprise data architecture, privacy, and security technologies is essential.
Familiarity with data management technologies, including RDBMS systems and cloud technologies, is necessary.
Experience with Linux or container frameworks such as Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
Understanding of cybersecurity and metadata integration patterns is important for assisting technical architects.
Candidates should have the ability to plan and execute joint partner offerings and a minimum of 5 years in a relevant role.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
