We are seeking a talented, customer-obsessed solutions engineer with direct experience with ADP Workforce Now and technical implementation expertise to join our team at Flatfile.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers experience a smooth, efficient integration of Flatfile’s platform, directly impacting their success and satisfaction with our solutions.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer with HCM specialization, you will work closely with enterprise customers in the HCM space, including ADP, driving the technical implementation of our platform.
You will design, configure, and deploy solutions that fully leverage Flatfile’s data onboarding capabilities while engaging directly with customers to refine integrations.
Your initial focus will be implementing Flatfile within ADP, ensuring a seamless and effective integration of Flatfile's solutions into the customer's operations.
You will assist in growing our HCM customers as new opportunities arise and be responsible for building POCs and demos as additional use cases arise.
This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset to ensure success and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in ADP implementation or data conversion.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical implementation roles is required.
At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles is necessary.
Demonstrated proficiency and deep, production-level full-stack experience in TypeScript and/or JavaScript is essential.
A strong understanding of APIs, data serialization formats (CSV, XML, JSON), and software integration best practices is required.
Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is necessary.
Familiarity with data transformation and validation processes, and handling structured data imports and exports is important.
Candidates should have a knack for solving complex technical problems and translating customer needs into elegant solutions.
A startup mindset characterized by adaptability, proactiveness, and a desire to improve processes and systems is preferred.
