Remote Senior Solutions Engineer - Integrations

Description:

• The Senior Solutions Engineer - Integrations works closely with customers to understand their integration needs and assists in designing solutions, development, and deployments.
• This role supports and advocates for users, focusing on delivering quality service.
• As part of the Professional Services organization, Solution Engineers are responsible for meeting customer project deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction for services.
• They also identify leads and upsell opportunities.
• The position involves collaborating with Sales or Customer Success teams and customers to understand business challenges and leverage the Motive platform to enhance competitiveness.
• Responsibilities include building custom integration solutions using Java and middleware platforms such as Mulesoft, Workato, or Boomi.
• The role requires building strong relationships with senior technical individuals within customers' IT departments to demonstrate the value of Motive’s platform.
• Solution Engineers are expected to capture and share best-practice knowledge among internal stakeholders in sales, marketing, customer success, and R&D departments.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in active development and implementation of integrations on Mulesoft, Workato, or Boomi.
• Experience in customer implementations of OAuth, SAML, and Single Sign-On is required.
• The ability to build productive client relationships and identify new business opportunities is essential.
• Candidates should have experience with Enterprise Integration Design Patterns and designing APIs.
• A Mulesoft Platform Architect or Mulesoft Integration Architect certification is preferred, or similar certifications are acceptable.
• Experience in architecting and operating solutions built on enterprise SaaS or other public cloud vendors is necessary.
• Familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodologies is required.
