Remote Senior Solutions Engineer - Integrations

Description:

• The Senior Solutions Engineer - Integrations at Motive collaborates with Sales or Customer Success teams and customers to understand integration needs and design solutions, development, and deployments.
• They build custom integration solutions for customer use cases using Java and Mulesoft, Workato, Boomi, or similar middleware platforms.
• This role involves building relationships with senior technical individuals within customers' IT departments to help them realize the value of Motive’s platform.
• The engineer also captures and shares best-practice knowledge among internal stakeholders in sales, marketing, customer success, and R&D departments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in active development and implementation of integrations on Mulesoft, Workato, Boomi.
• Proficiency in implementing OAuth, SAML, Single Sign-On for customers.
• Ability to build productive client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop new service offerings.
• Experience with Enterprise Integration Design Patterns and designing APIs.
• Preferably holds Mulesoft Platform Architect or Mulesoft Integration Architect certification or similar certifications.
• Experience in architecting/operating solutions on enterprise SaaS or other public cloud vendors.
• Familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodology.
