Description:

The Solutions Engineering team at Grafana Labs is responsible for educating potential and existing customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Solutions Engineers act as customer-facing product experts, sharing technical and product knowledge through demos, presentations, and ongoing interactions.
They collaborate closely with the Sales team to qualify and close opportunities, serving as a communication bridge between customers and the Product Management and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities include articulating the Grafana value proposition, owning technical engagements, delivering product presentations, and providing feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
Solutions Engineers drive product conversations based on customer needs and enhance documentation and enablement materials.

Requirements:

Candidates must be located in Brazil.
A minimum of 5 years of technical pre-sales experience is required, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
The role requires strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills to handle various and complex assignments.
First-class written and oral communication skills are essential for collaborating with remote teams and worldwide customers.
Candidates should have a passion for solving technical challenges and a desire to provide creative solutions to customers.
A technical mindset and a willingness to grow technically are necessary for this position.

The OTE compensation range for this role in Brazil is between 543,000 BRL and 652,000 BRL, with actual compensation varying based on experience and skillset.
