Description:
The Senior Solutions Engineer will be part of the customer-facing Solutions Engineering team at Grafana Labs, responsible for educating potential and existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and success.
They will collaborate with the Sales team to communicate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
The role involves delivering technical presentations, engaging with customers to provide feedback, and driving product conversations based on customer needs.
The Solutions Engineer will work on enhancing documentation, writing blog posts, recording videos, and creating other enablement materials.
This position requires strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and customers effectively.
Requirements:
5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
Ability to handle various and complex assignments with strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of Grafana products.
Passion for solving technical challenges and providing creative solutions to customers.
Technical mindset with a willingness to grow technically.
Must be located in the Mid Atlantic region.
Benefits:
The OTE compensation range for this role in the US is $218,000 - $240,000, with actual compensation varying based on level, experience, and skillset.
