Description:

• Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their Pre-Sales Solution Engineering organization, which is responsible for the technical sales of the Cloudflare solution portfolio.
• The role involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical presentations and demos, running proof of concept trials, and identifying customer initiatives that align with Cloudflare solutions.
• The position requires building relationships and technical champions within customer accounts and developing customer presentations at various organizational levels.
• The Solutions Engineer will also create professional content such as white papers and blog posts, and represent Cloudflare at industry events.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a customer-facing technical role related to CDN, Security, Networking, or SaaS.
• Strong communication, written, and presentation skills are essential.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and activities concurrently is required.
• Candidates should be highly driven, curious, team players who work with a sense of urgency.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience is necessary.
• Desirable skills include a fundamental understanding of customer network/application architectures, knowledge of application/network security, and experience with SaaS environments.
