Description:
Work directly with the sales team to understand customers' technical needs, strategize on winning sales cycles, provide value-based demonstrations, and close deals
Demonstrate and communicate the value of Fiddler technology to prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle
Present technical vision of Fiddler and platform value to executives, customers, and technical teams
Conduct training sessions with customers and potential partners for knowledge transfer
Author and contribute to market-facing publications, documentation, and FAQs
Build relationships with Senior Technical stakeholders to make them Fiddler advocates
Facilitate scoping and delivery of Proof of Concepts
Act as a technical liaison between Fiddler product management, marketing, engineering, and customer success
Requirements:
5+ years of industry experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a pre-sales environment
Strong presentation skills, comfortable speaking with executives and IT management
Understanding of Machine Learning and Generative AI space and tooling
Working knowledge of ML Operations and methodologies
Love of technology and ability to grasp complex technical concepts
History of success in technical sales or solutions at the enterprise level
Strong communication skills and empathetic listener
Coding experience
