As a Senior Solutions Engineer within the Partner Solutions team, you will drive the development and delivery of scalable solutions using the Orgvue platform.
You will collaborate closely with strategic Partners to architect tailored solutions that address complex business challenges.
The role involves mentoring junior team members and acting as a trusted advisor to Partners, taking ownership of solution design and delivery outcomes.
You will shape future product capabilities through feedback and collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise software delivery.
A deep understanding of Orgvue (2+ years preferred) or a combination of business context in people analytics, organizational design, or workforce planning, along with technical mastery in similar platforms is required.
Strong programming and integration skills are necessary, including advanced JavaScript and proficiency in SQL and Python.
A proven track record in building client-ready solutions and leading technical engagements is essential.
You should be able to think strategically, operate independently, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills are required, including experience presenting to senior leaders and executives.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or a combination of a Bachelor’s Degree and relevant technical experience is required.
