Description:
The Senior Solutions Engineer will be part of the customer-facing Solutions Engineering team at Grafana Labs, responsible for educating potential and existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and success.
They will collaborate with the Sales team to communicate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
The role involves delivering technical presentations, providing feedback on products, driving product conversations, and creating enablement materials.
The Solutions Engineer will act as a bridge between the technical engineering team, customers, and the Sales team.
The position requires residing in the Southeast region of the US.
Requirements:
5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
Willingness to handle various and complex assignments, demonstrating strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to engage with remote internal teams and global customers effectively.
Passion for solving technical challenges and offering creative solutions to customers.
Technical mindset with a desire for continuous technical growth.
Benefits:
The OTE compensation range for this role in the US is $218,000 - $240,000, with actual compensation varying based on level, experience, and skillset.
