The Senior Specialist Frontend Software Engineer will join the Eligibility Individual Journey squad in Brazil.
The role involves working in a multicultural team responsible for integrating Wellhub into companies seamlessly.
The team focuses on B2B management apps, primarily catering to HR users from client companies.
As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will influence the architecture of the web app and collaborate with UI/UX, engineers, and technical leaders.
Responsibilities include leading an agile full-stack engineering team, driving frontend architecture, advocating new techniques, writing code and tests, mentoring developers, and promoting wellbeing in the workplace.
Requirements:
Expertise in React, Typescript, JS engines, aggregation services, GraphQL, CSS, CSS-in-JS technologies, build tasks using webpack and vite, and testing methodologies.
Familiarity with industry trends, automation, design systems, and critical problem-solving.
Ability to communicate effectively in English/Portuguese, work with design systems, and value data-driven decision-making.
Experience with microservices, RESTful web services, programming languages like Kotlin/Java/Go, SQL/NoSQL technologies, and computer science fundamentals.
Proficiency in monitoring, observability, test automation, and working in a team-oriented environment.
