Description:

• The Senior SRE Engineer position at 360dialog involves establishing Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Indicators (SLIs) for all services, upgrading monitoring capabilities, developing automation strategies, and implementing frameworks and best practices.
• Responsibilities include streamlining engineering procedures through automation, designing CI/CD pipelines, employing Terraform for infrastructure as code, collaborating with the development team, leading initiatives in containerization and orchestration, and managing Google Cloud services efficiently.
• The role requires a mindset focused on continuous improvement, problem-solving, critical thinking, and independence in a fully remote and global company.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in DevOps roles and over 3 years in Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) positions.
• Proficiency in advanced monitoring tools, Python for automation, CI/CD pipelines management, Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning, Google Cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, and working with development teams is essential.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with Agile methodologies are required.
• Bonus points are awarded for Terragrunt knowledge, a software engineering background, professional certifications like CKA, CKAD, Terraform, and experience in dynamic startup environments.
