Agicap is a rapidly growing scale-up founded in 2016, with over 8000 clients across 11 countries and triple-digit annual growth.
The company focuses on helping SMEs manage their cash flow efficiently and effectively.
The SRE team is looking for a new member to support Agicap's growth by improving the stability, scalability, and performance of their full cloud platform.
The role involves daily collaboration with teams such as DEVs, Tech Leads, CISO, Support, and Product to promote the DevOps/SRE philosophy within the Tech department.
Responsibilities include handling production incidents during the day and on-call, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and pair programming.
The technical environment includes GCP, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), Kubernetes, GKE, HAProxy, Istio, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in similar roles.
A strong customer orientation is essential, with a focus on enhancing the client experience in all decisions and initiatives.
Initiative is required to proactively identify and address obstacles and issues.
Proficiency in Terraform and Kubernetes operator patterns is necessary.
Candidates should be able to work collaboratively without ego and be comfortable with full remote work.
A deep understanding of Kubernetes is crucial.
Technical curiosity and demonstrable knowledge in development and other technical tools are important, along with a desire to share knowledge with others.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with colleagues and other departments.
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize actions are essential.
Mastery of Golang and references in the open-source community are significant advantages.
