Jobgether is seeking a Senior Staff Data Scientist (Growth) to work remotely in the United States.
The role involves driving business growth through the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models.
Responsibilities include enhancing customer experiences, optimizing processes, and delivering actionable insights at scale.
The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to implement AI solutions that provide tangible value.
Key accountabilities include leading the end-to-end machine learning project lifecycle, designing and implementing statistical and machine learning models, and developing robust data pipelines.
The candidate will conduct exploratory data analysis, evaluate model performance, and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in machine learning.

Requirements:

A Master’s or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field is required.
The candidate must have 6+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on statistical modeling and machine learning.
Expertise in predictive modeling, causal inference, and optimization techniques is essential.
Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages, along with experience in machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, is required.
Experience with large datasets, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and distributed computing frameworks is necessary.
Strong communication skills are needed to explain complex technical models and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A proven track record of using data science to drive measurable business outcomes in a cross-functional setting is essential.

The position offers a competitive salary with base pay ranges of $209,000–$225,000 for NY/NJ/CA or $188,000–$203,000 for other states.
