Description:
- Work closely with the team to design, develop, and maintain database solutions using SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in database management.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of database processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with SQL databases.
- Strong understanding of database design principles and normalization.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
