Description:

The Senior Staff Engineer will be responsible for developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise-wide applications using Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central.
They must have experience with at least 2 full project life-cycle implementations as Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.
The role involves working in a client-facing capacity and requires good knowledge of business processes and strong analytical skills to configure Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central based on requirements.
The engineer will need technical expertise in Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central, including system setup, data migration, and development.
They will be responsible for ensuring the latest functional features of Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central are fully utilized for each client implementation.
Experience working in environments with multiple business units, consolidating ERP systems, and collaborating with onshore, offshore teams, and 3rd party partners is required.
The role also involves mentoring team members and staying updated with new technologies.

Minimum 8 years of experience in the field.
Strong working experience with Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central.
Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role.
Good analytical skills to translate requirements into proposed configurations.
Ability to work effectively with multiple business units and different teams.
Global implementation experience.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
Experience mentoring team members and keeping up with new technologies.
