Remote Senior Staff Engineer, ERP Dynamics Business Central Functional

Description:

• The Senior Staff Engineer will be responsible for developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise-wide applications using Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central.
• They will lead at least 2 full project life-cycle implementations as a Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.
• The role involves working in a client-facing capacity, understanding business processes, and proposing configurations for Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central.
• The engineer will ensure the latest functional features of Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central are fully utilized for client implementations.
• Experience in working with multiple business units, consolidating ERP systems, and collaborating with onshore, offshore teams, and 3rd party partners is required.
• Global implementation experience and the ability to effectively manage partnerships with all levels of the organization are essential.
• Mentoring team members in projects and keeping up with new technologies is also part of the role.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in the field.
• Strong working experience with Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central.
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role.
• Good knowledge of business processes and strong analytical skills.
• Technical knowledge of Dynamics NAV and Dynamics Business Central, including system setup, data migration, and development.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple business units and ERP systems.
• Experience with onshore, offshore teams, and 3rd party partners.
• Global implementation experience.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Experience in mentoring team members and keeping up with new technologies.
