Description:
The Senior Staff Engineer will be responsible for working with ERP financials, specifically Oracle Finance, Oracle Fixed Assets, Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Payables, and Oracle Receivables.
They will need to have strong experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS R12 financial projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
The role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials to drive at least three end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations.
Proficiency in implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Fixed Asset Management, Budgeting, Cash Management, and Tax is essential.
The Senior Staff Engineer should have a strong understanding of business processes and how they align with Oracle ERP solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to articulate strategies, solutions, and results to stakeholders.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop strategies, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives is a key responsibility.
Providing functional leadership in Oracle ERP implementations to ensure all modules are integrated and working seamlessly.
Troubleshooting and resolving complex functional issues, providing innovative solutions to meet client needs.
Requirements:
Total experience of 10+ years in the field.
Excellent working experience in ERP financials with Oracle Finance, Oracle Fixed Assets, Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Payables, and Oracle Receivables.
Strong experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS R12 financial projects.
Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials.
Proficiency in implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud modules.
Strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with Oracle ERP solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, develop strategies, and deliver solutions.
Provide functional leadership in Oracle ERP implementations.
