Remote Senior Staff Engineer | Front-End

• The Senior Staff Engineer will be responsible for architecting, building, and shipping high-quality features and improvements to products, leading by example and mentoring other engineers.

• The Senior Staff Engineer is expected to have expertise in front-end development, experience with React, Typescript, Nextjs, Graphql, and modern CI/CD pipelines, and the ability to mentor in microservices design.
• Other responsibilities include coaching/mentoring, continual learning, aligning technical decisions with business objectives, and mitigating risks to delivery and quality early in the development process.

Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of experience as a staff software engineer (7+ years total software development experience) with expertise in front-end development.
• Required skills include building Frontend applications in React and Typescript, experience with Nextjs, Graphql, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in full stack projects, mentoring, long-term planning, and architecting self-healing systems and features.
• Desired qualifications include knowledge of the industry, products, and systems, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
