Description:

The Senior Staff Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing engineering strategies to optimize the performance of GenAI models, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Prompt Engineering.
They will work with AI/ML methodologies, specifically in GenAI platforms like OpenAI, and have expertise in managing AI models on cloud environments.
The role requires proficiency in Python programming, understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), and utilizing data analysis to enhance prompt generation.
The engineer will lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation, while also possessing strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts.

Requirements:

Total experience of 10+ years in the field.
Excellent working experience in designing and developing engineering strategies for GenAI models.
Strong expertise in AI/ML, particularly in NLP and Prompt Engineering.
Proven experience with GenAI platforms like OpenAI.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Understanding of LLMs, NLP, and AI/ML methodologies.
Experience in Data Analysis for prompt generation enhancement.
Strong leadership skills to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts effectively.
