Remote Senior Staff Engineer , Mobile React-Native

Description:

• The Senior Staff Engineer will be responsible for designing and creating mobile apps using React Native, translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code and mobile UI.
• They must have strong experience in Redux, mobile build and deployment, Redux middleware, mobile app performance, mobile app security, Mobile React Native Container View Pattern, and Mobile CI/CD.
• The role requires hands-on experience in unit testing, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience in implementing database-driven applications and automated testing suites like Jest or Mocha is essential.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with push notifications, React Native UI design principles, and troubleshooting skills in various technologies are necessary.
• The Senior Staff Engineer should be enthusiastic about exploring new technologies, have strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor team members.
• They will be responsible for writing and reviewing code, understanding client requirements, mapping decisions, defining guidelines, reviewing architecture and design, and resolving issues during code/review.

Requirements:

• Total experience of 10+ years in mobile app development.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in React Native architecture and designing mobile apps.
• Strong experience in Redux, mobile build and deployment, Redux middleware, mobile app performance, mobile app security, Mobile React Native Container View Pattern, and Mobile CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience in unit testing, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience in implementing database-driven applications, automated testing suites like Jest or Mocha, and push notifications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in various technologies and environments.
• Ability to mentor team members, communicate effectively, and explore new technologies.
