Description:

The Senior Staff Engineer will be responsible for defining, designing, delivering, and deploying Salesforce-based technical solutions.
They must have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Einstein Dialog Flow (Einstein Bots), and Unified Messaging.
Strong Salesforce programming skills in Apex, Visual force pages, lightning framework, and lightning web components are required.
The role involves translating business requirements into technology solutions on Salesforce products, designing data models, sharing & visibility, security, and integrating with backend/3rd party systems.
The engineer will independently communicate with clients, gather requirements, troubleshoot different technologies, and mentor team members.
They will empower team members to provide solutions, maintain a flat environment for feedback, and explore new technologies.

Total experience of 10+ years in Salesforce.
Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Einstein Dialog Flow, and Unified Messaging.
Proficiency in Salesforce programming with Apex, Visual force pages, lightning framework, and lightning web components.
Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions on Salesforce products.
Design & Architect expertise on Data Model, Sharing & Visibility, Security, Integration, Single Sign-On, Handling Large Data Volume, and Mobile Solution.
Experience in independently communicating with clients, troubleshooting disparate technologies, and mentoring team members.
Enthusiastic about exploring new technologies, strong communication skills, and ability to pitch solutions effectively.
