Remote Senior Staff Engineer, ServiceNow

Description:

• The Senior Staff Engineer at Nagarro will be responsible for technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow, focusing on Service Portal, Webservices, ITSM, ITOM, Integrations, and ITSM Module.
• They will have hands-on experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and a strong understanding of ITIL principles.
• The role involves developing technical solutions, performing integration tests, configuring ServiceNow using scripting, and exploring new technologies.
• The engineer will communicate and drive technology solutions supporting business objectives, mentor team members, and work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules like Service Portal, Webservices, ITSM, ITOM, and Integrations.
• Proficiency in scripting for ServiceNow configuration (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS).
• Ability to understand business needs, standardize processes, and translate them into technical designs.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
