Remote Senior Staff Engineer, ServiceNow

Description:

• The Senior Staff Engineer position at Nagarro requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow, with expertise in Service Portal, Webservices, ITSM, GRC, Integrations, ITSM Module, and Service Portal.
• The role involves hands-on experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and a strong understanding of ITIL principles.
• Responsibilities include developing technical solutions, implementing them, and conducting component Integration Tests.
• The position also entails configuring ServiceNow using scripting, exploring and adapting to new technologies, and effectively communicating technology solutions that align with business objectives.
• The Senior Staff Engineer will mentor team members, work collaboratively with all areas of the business, and possess excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow.
• Strong working experience in Service Portal, Webservices, ITSM, GRC, Integrations, ITSM Module, and Service Portal.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
• Ability to configure ServiceNow using scripting and explore new technologies.
• Proficient in communicating technology solutions that support business objectives.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively with all areas of the business.
