The company offers programs for back/hip/knee pain and COPD based on multimodal rehabilitation through a dynamic AI-powered algorithm accessible via smartphone and tablet.
As a Senior or Staff-Level Full Stack Engineer, you will focus on developing new user-facing features and product experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, moderating architecture dialogue, and optimizing applications for speed and simplicity.
The role initially involves rapid experimentation on signup funnel steps and reducing complexity of the web product surface area, with a shift towards backend work after about 6 months.
The technology stack includes vue.js, Rails, K8s on AWS managed with ArgoCD, native mobile (Swift, Kotlin), and ML (Python/Django/PyTorch).
Requirements:
Proficiency in web technologies (specifically Vue) and a backend stack (specifically Rails).
Experience with relational databases like Postgres, data modeling, and data quality.
Ability to articulate and balance architecture tradeoffs, anticipate long-term outcomes of architecture choices, and operate in a "you build it you run it" environment.
Intrinsic desire to learn new skills, adapt to loosely defined environments with competing priorities, and communicate thoughts clearly.
Ability to move fast, set up an SDLC, manage deployments, and infrastructure.
Benefits:
Competitive salary and occupational pension plan opt-in.
Gym membership subsidy, mobile plan, child care subsidy opt-in, flexible working hours, and transportation allowance.
Meal allowance, laptop of choice (up to 2,000€), budget for peripherals, and annual budget for personal development.
24 vacation days, flexible PTO, complimentary access to Kaia app, free beers after 6pm, and free fruits.
Centrally located office in Munich or the option to book a desk in a local co-working space.
Opportunity to influence the future of digital health, work with industry experts, enjoy a hybrid or remote work environment, and benefit from professional development support, team events, and flexible vacation times.
