Description:

• The Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer at ServiceNow will be part of the DT Enterprise Architecture and AI Services team, focused on building intelligent software and smart user experiences using advanced technologies.
• The role involves collaborating with a team of developers, product managers, and quality engineers to build cloud-based AI/ML solutions for enterprise services.
• Responsibilities include understanding detailed requirements, designing, implementing, testing, and delivering high-quality solutions to users.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience with AI/ML related technologies.
• Proficiency in Java or Python, OOP, Design Patterns, time and space-efficient algorithms.
• Ability to train neural network models, optimize parameters, and design feedback systems using reinforcement learning.
• Experience in building new products with challenging algorithms.
• Strong expertise in coding efficient, object-oriented, modularized, and quality software.
• Knowledge of core AI/ML techniques, algorithms, unit testing, profiling, and code tuning.
