Requirements:

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in building consumer-facing applications on iOS or Android.
Experience in building, testing, and scaling large-scale mobile applications is required.
Proficiency in cross-platform frameworks such as React Native is necessary.
A solid understanding of native mobile app toolchains on iOS or Android is expected.
Demonstrated success as a tech lead on critical projects in previous roles is essential.
Prior experience in a high-growth stage company is preferred.

Strong judgment and the ability to make difficult technical tradeoff decisions are required.

The starting salary for this role ranges from $170,000 to $220,000 USD, depending on experience and market factors.
