Remote Senior Staff Red Team Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Staff Red Team Engineer position at ServiceNow involves executing sophisticated red team engagements to identify vulnerabilities within systems, networks, and applications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in red teaming and/or penetration testing within large organizations.
• Strong technical skills in offensive security, including testing public cloud, Kubernetes, Active Directory, and Generative AI systems.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to create detailed test plans and lead complex testing engagements.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for driving change and strengthening security culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cyber security, focusing on red teaming and penetration testing.
• Deep understanding of cyber security principles and best practices.
• Experience with scripting and programming languages like Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• DevOps experience is a plus.
