Description:
The role is for a Senior Staff Security Engineer specializing in AI Risk at ServiceNow, located in Madison, Wisconsin, with options for remote work.
The position involves ensuring the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks associated with AI systems.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive security risk assessments of AI systems, identifying potential threats, and establishing frameworks for AI security risk acceptance.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field is required; a minor or master’s in business administration (MBA) is preferred.
Candidates should have a certificate or master’s program focused on artificial intelligence development.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in threat modeling and/or security analysis for AI/ML systems is required, along with a recommended 5 years of experience in information security.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their associated risks is essential.
Proficiency in Python and the ability to read and understand code written by product teams is necessary.
Knowledge of common adversarial attacks against AI/ML systems and relevant regulations and standards is required.
Foundational understanding of common software vulnerabilities and proficiency in security risk assessment frameworks is needed.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
