Outreach is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join their team in India, focusing on backend development using Golang and cloud technologies like AWS.
The role involves expanding the Outreach CRM Sync vision, which is responsible for the data integration platform enabling bi-directional data integrations between Outreach and API-enabled applications.
As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain high-performance software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Daily responsibilities include software development, providing technical leadership, contributing to architectural design, solving technical challenges, participating in code reviews, and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of strong backend development experience.
A B. Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required.
Proven experience in software development with a strong track record of designing and building complex systems is essential.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang or similar is necessary.
Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically are essential.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are a must.
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Knowledge of modern software development tools and technologies is an advantage.
