The Senior Staff Software Engineer - Mobile will define the technical direction and roadmap for Earnin's mobile applications based on current business requirements and priorities.

Expertise in common mobile app architectures such as MVVM, MVC, and Clean Architecture is essential.
A thorough understanding of software engineering best practices and tools, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, is necessary.
Familiarity with backend infrastructure, architecture, and API design is important.
Strong communication skills are required to facilitate collaboration with stakeholders across the company.
