Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 10 years in software development, focusing on backend or full-stack development is necessary.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar is required.
• Mastery of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms is essential.
• Experience in designing and building scalable and reliable distributed systems in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical and business issues are required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for effective work in cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor multiple teams across complex business problems is essential.
