• Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for complex industrial projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.

• Mentor and support junior engineers, promoting their professional development and technical expertise.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• A master’s degree in civil or architectural engineering with a structural emphasis is preferred.
• At least eight years of structural engineering experience, ideally in the industrial sector involving energy projects or pharmaceutical facilities.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring and managing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
