Description:
The Senior Success Architect will be part of the Customer Outcomes team, focusing on accelerating platform adoption and improving customer outcomes.
Responsibilities include servicing 1-3 large enterprise customers, developing executive relationships with key stakeholders, understanding customer goals, and creating customer roadmaps.
The role involves executing co-delivery models, developing relationships with ecosystem partners, and establishing delivery operating model governance.
The Senior Success Architect will advocate ServiceNow's best practices, contribute expertise on advisory services, and ensure high customer satisfaction metrics for assigned accounts.
Requirements:
8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
Previous experience in a management consulting role at a top-tier consulting company focused on technology transformations.
Experience working with F1000 accounts and understanding digital transformation goals across industries.
Expertise in digital transformation design, implementation, and management, with executive relationships in IT, HR, and GBS transformations.
Proven track record in expanding offerings with clients, developing account strategies, and integrating with other account functions.
Familiarity with ServiceNow products and experience within the Federal space, clearances are a plus.
