In this fully remote position, you will be developing complex products and working with an infrastructure that processes petabytes of data.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working on private cloud and remotely hosted infrastructure configuration, automation, and testing, as well as scaling our infrastructure and ensuring zero downtime for different environments and projects.
You will also be responsible for meeting high security and compliance standards, ensuring critical infrastructure components or solution backups, disaster recovery, redundancy, and rollback plans exist, and monitoring, auditing, and configuring alerting for infrastructure systems.
Additionally, you will troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and outages and stay current with the latest infrastructure developments and tooling available.

Requirements:

A strong understanding of Linux-based systems and servers is required.
Hands-on experience with automation/configuration management tools such as Ansible and SaltStack is necessary.
Proficiency in working with container systems like Kubernetes and Docker is essential.
Familiarity with databases, especially MySQL and Redis-like key-value databases, is required.
A strong ability to prioritize and focus on high-impact work is necessary.
It is nice to have experience with various cloud providers, a background in maintaining custom object/block storage solutions, and experience with Kafka/Redpanda, RabbitMQ, and HAProxy.
