Description:
ActiveProspect is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to manage their NetSuite and Zuora platforms.
This role is remote and full-time, focusing on IT and Business Systems.
The administrator will oversee user roles, access controls, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Responsibilities include managing integrations with Salesforce, designing and maintaining workflows, and managing the product catalog.
The role involves planning, testing, and deploying feature configurations and customizations of NetSuite.
The administrator will maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The position requires creating reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and integrity.
The candidate will also participate in integration testing and keep up with new features for process improvements.
Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience with Zuora, Zone, and NetSuite software.
Experience in fraud prevention and management, including chargebacks, is necessary.
Knowledge of billing support processes and best practices is essential.
Strong troubleshooting skills for billing system issues of varying complexity are required.
A data-driven mindset with advanced Excel skills for data analysis is needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google for Work applications, and SQL is required.
Superior communication skills to discuss complex issues with non-technical staff are essential.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team are necessary.
A Zuora Administrator certification is preferred, but candidates without it will still be considered.
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) is preferred.
