Description:

ActiveProspect is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to manage their NetSuite and Zuora platforms.
The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of these vital systems, managing user roles and access controls, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.
Responsibilities include overseeing integrations with Salesforce, managing the Billing System, designing and maintaining workflows, and creating reports.
The administrator will also manage development deployments, maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The position requires participation in integration testing and data validation processes, as well as proactive identification of system enhancements.

Requirements:

A minimum Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience with Zuora, Zone, and NetSuite software, including implementation and operational expertise.
Experience in fraud prevention and management, including chargebacks, is necessary.
Knowledge of best practices around billing support processes and billing process optimization is essential.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot complex billing system issues independently are required.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google for Work applications, and SQL, is needed.
Superior communication skills are necessary to discuss complex issues with non-technical staff.
A Zuora Administrator certification is preferred, but candidates without certification will still be considered.
University-level accounting courses and knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) are preferred.
