Remote Senior Systems Administrator (NetSuite and Zuora Req)

Description:

• ActiveProspect is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to manage their NetSuite and Zuora platforms.
• The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of these vital systems, managing user roles and access controls, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.
• Responsibilities include overseeing the Billing System and NetSuite, managing integrations with Salesforce, designing and maintaining workflows, and creating reports.
• The administrator will also manage development deployments, maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• The position requires participation in integration testing and data validation processes, as well as keeping up with new features and recommending process improvements.

Requirements:

• A minimum Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
• Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience with Zuora, Zone, and NetSuite software, including implementation and operational expertise.
• Experience in fraud prevention and management, including chargebacks, is necessary.
• Knowledge of best practices around billing support processes and billing process optimization is essential.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot complex billing system issues independently are required.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google for Work applications, and SQL, is necessary.
• Superior communication skills are needed to discuss complex issues with non-technical staff.
• Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• A Zuora Administrator certification is preferred, but candidates without certification will still be considered.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and university-level accounting courses are preferred.
