Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Architect with expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to lead cutting-edge projects and deliver AI-driven solutions.
In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in machine learning, prompt engineering, and retrievable augmented generation (RAG) to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI solutions.
You will play a critical role in guiding our engineering teams, aligning projects with technical roadmaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business alignment and innovation.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about harnessing the power of Gen AI to solve complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities include overseeing client-facing engagements, designing and building AI/ML systems, collaborating with business SMEs for requirement gathering, developing and reviewing code, and optimizing cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

Experience: You must have 10+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning models and systems.
You should have 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI techniques, especially prompt engineering, RAG systems, and agents.
Proven experience in client-facing LLM and RAG implementations is required.
Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in Python, Langchain, and SQL are essential.
Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure (Azure, GCP, AWS) is necessary.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills are required, with the ability to work effectively with business SMEs, translating technical concepts into business insights.

The salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience.
This position is fully remote, providing flexibility in your work environment.
