Description:
The Senior Technical Instructional Designer/Analytics Engineer role at Seeq involves creating instructional materials to enhance the effectiveness of the software and applying analytics expertise to help clients maximize their investment.
Responsibilities include shaping engaging learning experiences, leveraging technology for scalable content, designing multimedia courseware, building relationships with stakeholders, narrating product and analytics video training, collaborating with engineers, adhering to branding guidelines, using authoring tools, deepening product expertise, developing assessments, measuring program success, collaborating with the Learning Team, and mentoring others.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), an engineering background, Seeq certifications, instructional design expertise, technical skills with e-learning tools, creative and communication skills, project management abilities, collaboration skills, and self-motivation.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Instructional Development, Training, Education, or Communication preferred.
Certifications & Experience:
Engineering background preferred.
Seeq Certified Analytics Engineer or Instructor highly desirable.
Proven experience with Seeq or ability to quickly learn.
Instructional Design Expertise:
Extensive experience in B2B SaaS customer, partner, or sales training.
Skilled in designing and delivering diverse learning programs (e-learning, video, gamification, virtual/live classrooms).
Proven track record in creating scalable, engaging online training.
Technical Skills:
Proficient with e-learning tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360).
Experience with HTML5, xAPI, and mobile/adaptive learning is a plus.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Docebo preferred) and virtual tools like Zoom and Teams.
Creative & Communication Skills:
Experience narrating and editing video training modules.
Ability to simplify complex concepts effectively.
Project Management:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
Collaboration:
Excellent team player with strong verbal and written communication.
Experience working with internal stakeholders in both live and virtual settings.
Additional Attributes:
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of various instructional design models preferred.
