Description:

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for their Platform Engineering team in India.
The mission of Juniper Square is to unlock the potential of private markets by digitizing them, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and access.

The Platform team is responsible for foundational services such as CIAM, authorization, Search, and API infrastructure, as well as tools and frameworks to improve the developer experience.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in designing, building, and supporting large-scale systems in production.
Expertise in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Pyramid, and Django is required.
Experience with SQL database schema design and query optimizations is necessary.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes is essential.
Candidates should have experience with continuous integration and Infrastructure as Code.
Knowledge of microservices/SOA implementation and best practices is required.
Experience with modern API design patterns like GraphQL, REST, and gRPC is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable driving a multi-year vision for the team with incremental deliverables.
Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment are essential.
