Remote Senior Test Automation Engineer (Fed/Civ)

Description:

• Serve as a senior level test automation engineer supporting a large enterprise application modernization effort for a federal client.
• Responsible for testing and quality assurance activities of multiple applications.
• Expand existing Cucumber test automation to include more application modules and scenarios.
• Build additional or supporting test suites for the LIMS UI.
• Integrate automated tests with existing integration environments in AKS.
• Build and integrate API-level tests for GraphQL APIs to verify data through queries and business logic through mutations.
• Integrate all tests with established CI/CD tools and processes.
• Ensure all test results are published through existing CI/CD tools and make use of existing tools for reporting test results.

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years' experience with automated testing tools and techniques.
• Should have 3+ years’ experience using automated testing tools like Cucumber, Selenium, Eggplant, etc.
• Experience operating in a Kubernetes/Docker Azure environment is required.
• Familiarity with CI/CD automated pipeline.
• Ability to work with multiple streams of technical work and ensure consistency across all projects.
• Proficiency in Agile and DevOps/DevSecOps processes.
• 3+ years of experience in developing test scripts.
