Description:
This is a contract position for those based in Poland for an initial 6-month contract.
Seeking a Senior Test Engineer to help enterprise clients translate requirements into interactive applications.
Responsible for developing and executing automated test suites and conducting manual testing when necessary.
Nearform modernizes enterprises with open, creative software and cloud-native solutions.
Test Engineer role involves ensuring testing is considered at all development levels and collaborating with Development Teams.
Looking for candidates with experience in third-party test runners, automated front-end testing frameworks, backend and API testing, NFR testing, and non-functional testing tools.
Experience with cross-functional teams, web/back-end environments, mobile application testing, scalable code, Agile environments, and automated test frameworks.
Must have the ability to translate product requirements into technical solutions and integrate automated tests into CI pipelines.
Occasional flexibility with working hours may be required.
Requirements:
Fluent English and excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Experience with third-party test runners like BrowserStack, SauceLabs.
Proficiency in automated front-end testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.
Familiarity with backend and API testing.
Knowledge of NFR testing and tools like Lighthouse.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and delivering quality agile products.
Understanding of mobile application testing.
Experience with highly scalable, maintainable code.
Familiarity with Agile working environments and collaborative teams.
Ability to translate product requirements into testable technical solutions.
Experience in building and improving automated test frameworks.
Ability to integrate automated tests into CI pipelines.
Capability to influence change in the test process within an agile team.
