The Senior UI Engineer will play a key role in shaping software from design to delivery, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
Responsibilities include defining and implementing standard UI patterns, collaborating with UX Designers, developing accessible React components, writing clean code, creating unit tests, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting UI issues, and documenting best practices.
The role requires collaboration with Product and UX teams to create engaging web experiences.

Requirements:

Advanced/fluent English skills are mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
A B.S. in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent work experience is required.
Proven experience in building SaaS products in a cloud-based environment, with hands-on experience using AWS and cloud best practices is essential.
Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, with deep knowledge of modern web technologies is necessary.
A solid understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC patterns, and secure web application development is required.
Expertise in writing maintainable code, with experience in unit tests and automated testing strategies (Jest, @testing-library/react) is needed.
Strong knowledge of WebRTC and networking basics is essential due to the nature of live interviewing tools.
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and virtualization technologies for deployment and automation is required.
Understanding of security best practices and scalable, high-performance web applications is necessary.
The ability to collaborate effectively as an active team member in a global, remote-first environment is essential.
