• The role is for a Senior UI/UX Designer who will lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences.
• Responsibilities include designing and optimizing user interfaces, leading UX research processes, creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with teams, defining style guides, analyzing user behavior, applying accessibility principles, and staying updated with design trends.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools is required.
• Strong knowledge of design systems and atomic design principles is necessary.
• Experience in UX research, information architecture, and user-centered design is essential.
• Candidates should be able to conduct usability testing and apply design thinking methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with development and product teams in agile environments is required.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts effectively are necessary.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher) is required to collaborate with international teams.
