Description:

JumpCloud® is seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Writer to contribute to their open directory platform, which helps manage identities, devices, and access securely.
The role is remote and available in various locations across India including Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune.
The Senior UX Writer will oversee writing style and tone for all content, ensuring it is polished, professional, and well-structured.
Responsibilities include developing content governance guidelines, conducting content audits, tracking content ROI, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The position involves creating intuitive user experiences, making design decisions, and leading collaborative design sessions with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX writing and content strategy, with a focus on delivering customer value in a fast-paced tech environment.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in UX Writing and/or Content Strategy at tech companies.
Experience in shipping products and balancing business-to-consumer and business-to-business considerations is required.
Proficiency in data-informed product design and development is essential.
Candidates should empathize with IT users and simplify complex operations into intuitive experiences.
Experience working in an agile environment with design, product, and engineering teams is necessary.
The candidate should be a trusted mentor and passionate about design culture, influencing design principles across the organization.
Strong collaboration skills across UX, Engineering, and Product teams are required to maintain cohesive design and experience.
